This guide walks you through logging into Quilted EHR for the first time.

Prerequisites

Section titled “Prerequisites”
  • An email invitation from your organization’s administrator
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Check your email — Look for an invitation email from Quilted EHR.
  2. Create your password — Click the link in the email to set your password.
  3. Log in — Visit your organization’s Quilted EHR URL and sign in with your email and password.
  4. Complete your profile — Fill in your name and role on the profile setup screen.
